Post Natal

 

At FIT-4EVER we understand that motherhood is demanding.  We also realise that you’re eager to get back in shape, drop any baby weight and flatten those abdominals.  Our post-natal training program is designed to help with a step by step approach to bringing you back to full fitness.  Pregnancy leaves a unique mark on the female body and it’s important that training is structured to address this.

Each session will include cross training techniques such as boxing, using body weight and free weight exercises, as well as yoga or pilates-based exercise.
